We are receiving a high volume of calls between 8am and 9am. This is resulting in calls getting the "engaged" tone or the call dropping if you have been holding for a certain amount of time, we are aware of this and we are doing our best to resolve this matter with our phone provider as soon as possible.
Can we ask that if your call is not urgent that you delay your call until later in the day when the phone lines are not as busy.
We understand the frustration this causes and thank you for your patience.
