Long Term Conditions (LTC)

Additional InformationAnnual reviews for patients who have a long term condition. Letters or text messages are sent to those due their annual review inviting them to book an appointment.

Contraception

Additional InformationFitting, removal and replacement of intrauterine devices (IUD), intrauterine systems (IUS) and subdermal contraceptive implants.
